 This one is a bit of a cheater preset:-)

I took the SSS Reflective preset and reversed the colors in the noise and also felt the SSS needed to have Global Illumination active to look right. Clicked on GI in the render settings, turning 'skylight' active in the GI fields and one bounce only. It renders fairly fast this way.

 Just to make this one even more different I added the Shadow/Light Texture to the reflection tint slot - I LOOOOVE this particular texture:-) It comes in so handy for creating interesting effects.
